Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable,
non-sublicensable license to use, modify, and apply this material
for internal development purposes.

Definitions:
- "Licensee" means the person (for a Personal License) or the legal entity (for a Company License)
  that purchased the license.
- "Authorized Users" means employees and contractors of the Licensee who access
  or use the material on the Licensee’s behalf.

License types:
- Personal License: limited to 1 Authorized User (individual use).
- Company License: limited to a single legal entity with unlimited internal Authorized Users.

Entity scope:
- This license covers internal use by the Licensee only and does not extend
  to parents, subsidiaries, or affiliates unless explicitly stated in writing.

Future terms:
- If the Licensee purchases a different license tier or signs a separate
  agreement, that agreement supersedes this license to the extent of conflict.

You may:
- Use this material in private repositories
- Apply it to internal projects and workflows
- Modify it for internal use
- Use it with AI agents and development tools internally

You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or publish this material or derivatives
- Provide this material to third parties outside your organization
- Use this material to create or enhance competing products or services
- Use this material to train or fine-tune AI or ML models
- Offer this material as part of consulting, education, or tooling offerings

Ownership of all intellectual property remains with AI Lint.

This license does not grant trademark rights.
